VEQSA OI Licensing FAQ
Optimization Intelligence™ is a new category, and licensing architecture-level IP raises important questions. This FAQ provides enterprise teams, platforms, and investors with clear answers without exposing proprietary implementation details.
You are licensing access rights to VEQSA's Optimization Intelligence™ (OI) framework at the module and configuration level, not source code or internal algorithms.
You receive:
- Rights to use specific OI modules inside your products or platforms
- High-level documentation and conceptual integration guidance
- Use of the "Powered by VEQSA OI™" mark in approved contexts
- Optional: field-of-use exclusivity for defined markets (where agreed)
You do not receive:
- Source code
- Model internals
- Architectural blueprints or enabling IP
Yes.
OI is modular by design. You can license:
- A single module (e.g., RTAO, MDF, PPM, HLO, etc.)
- A specific configuration (e.g., Healthcare Optimization Stack, Industrial Optimization Stack)
- The full framework for enterprise-wide deployment
Your licensing tier (Starter, Advanced, Enterprise) determines how many modules and where they can be deployed.
Implementation speed depends on your internal engineering capacity, not VEQSA.
Typical patterns:
- Pilot / POC: 4–12 weeks
- Targeted integration (single product or line): 2–6 months
- Enterprise-wide deployment: 6–18+ months
VEQSA provides high-level advisory support, but your team or integration partner owns implementation.
No.
VEQSA is an architecture and licensing company, not a SaaS integrator.
You:
- Design and implement your system
- Host your own infrastructure
- Control your data, models, and pipelines
We:
- License patented/patent-pending optimization architecture
- Provide conceptual guidance on module functionality
- Help align OI design with your environment
Support depends on your tier, but typically includes:
- Email support for conceptual and architectural questions
- A set number of advisory sessions per year
- Guidance on which modules to use where
- Optional executive / technical briefings
VEQSA does not:
- Write your code
- Deploy models for you
- Operate your infrastructure
If you want integration support, we can collaborate with your internal team or preferred system integrator.
Yes, under controlled conditions.
For qualified partners, VEQSA may:
- Structure a time-bound evaluation license
- Define a limited scope (single product, single line of business)
- Restrict use to non-production or pilot environments
- Require an NDA and evaluation agreement
All POC terms are custom and negotiated case-by-case.
Yes, under the Category Exclusivity Addendum.
We can define field-of-use exclusivity by:
- Industry vertical
- Geography
- Customer segment
- Product category
Exclusivity:
- Requires a separate fee
- Is time-bound
- Is tied to clear performance and compliance obligations
Pricing is not one-size-fits-all and depends on:
- Modules licensed
- Deployment scope
- Industry
- Exclusivity requirements
- Size and scale of your product or operation
We provide pricing after a short alignment call to ensure the structure fits your model.
No.
You maintain full control over:
- Your infrastructure
- Your data
- Your models and product code
We do not require:
- Access to production data
- Admin access to your systems
- Source visibility into your product
Any technical review is high-level and under NDA.
Yes.
Licensees may:
- Use "Powered by VEQSA OI™" in approved environments
- Reference OI in investor or customer presentations
- Participate in joint case studies (optional)
All brand use follows VEQSA's branding guidelines.
Yes, selectively.
We prioritize:
- Industrial, enterprise, and platform-scale partners
- System integrators
- Strategic investors who want deep integration
These are handled under separate strategic agreements.
