The Story

VEQSA was founded by Devonne Palmer, who identified a fundamental gap in modern AI systems: they could analyze and generate—but they couldn't adapt continuously as environments changed.

Predictive models operated in isolation. Operational systems were siloed. Decisions lacked real-time intelligence.

To solve this, he created Optimization Intelligence™, a modular, patent-protected framework engineered to learn continuously, predict risk before it emerges, adapt workflows dynamically, and orchestrate decisions across complex systems.
