Evidence and verification
Claims should advance only as far as the evidence supports
VEQSA's evaluation approach is designed to connect a predefined enterprise question, credible baseline, controlled evaluation, authorized empirical outcome, replay where applicable, and a verifiable final record.
Current evidence position
Internally Verified- 01
Frozen RC1 baseline established
- 02
Internal product acceptance complete
- 03
Isolated recoverability confirmed
- 04
Controlled evaluation environment available
- 05
External comparative validation is next
No customer performance, paid-pilot outcome, production adoption, or externally validated ROI is claimed unless supported by completed evidence.
Evidence lifecycle
From a defined question to a verifiable record
This is the publicly describable lifecycle. Evaluation design, benchmark internals, datasets, configurations, and the mechanisms behind each step remain proprietary and are shared only through an approved controlled-disclosure process.
- 01
Define
State the enterprise question, objectives, constraints, resources, baseline, and success criteria.
- 02
Configure
Approve users, scenarios, data, systems, integrations, versions, and permitted activity.
- 03
Evaluate
Run the bounded evaluation and retain the resulting system-level output.
- 04
Observe
Attach authorized empirical outcomes and record material deviations.
- 05
Replay
Reassess where applicable using the approved evidence and evaluation boundary.
- 06
Verify
Retrieve the evidence record, verify integrity, classify the outcome, and produce the approved report.
- 01Scenario
- 02Evaluation
- 03Governed decision
- 04Observed outcome
- 05Replay / comparison
- 06Signed evidence / report
- 07Verification
Outcome classification
Every evaluation resolves to a defensible determination
Passed Stated Criteria
The predefined success threshold was met under the agreed evaluation conditions.
Failed Stated Criteria
The predefined failure threshold was reached or the required result was not achieved.
Inconclusive
The available evidence was insufficient to support a defensible determination.
Stopped
The evaluation ended under an approved safety, scope, security, data, or governance rule.
These classifications describe the bounded evaluation result. They do not independently establish production fitness, regulatory approval, universal performance, or guaranteed ROI.
Evidence types
What a completed evaluation can produce
Described at a high level. Hashes, signatures, keys, schemas, identifiers, endpoints, and implementation details are never exposed on the public page.
- 01
Approved configuration record
- 02
Evaluation output
- 03
Authorized empirical outcome
- 04
Replay or reassessment record where applicable
- 05
Version and environment reference
- 06
Evidence-integrity verification
- 07
Approved technical or executive report
- 08
Final evaluation determination
External evidence will be published when earned
As controlled enterprise evaluations are completed, VEQSA may publish approved, appropriately anonymized evidence summaries, case studies, or performance findings. Publication will require partner authorization, defensible attribution, and clear disclosure of the applicable evaluation conditions.
Evaluation partners
Test against a relevant decision environment
Work with VEQSA to define a baseline, configure a controlled scenario, and review the resulting evidence. Detailed materials are available only through appropriate evaluation, NDA, or licensing relationships.
